Orvaco is a product of Civalria Sdn Bhd.

These Terms govern the public marketing website only. They are not the customer agreement governing implementation, subscription to, or use of the Orvaco software platform. Those services may be subject to separate written agreements.

2. About Orvaco

The website provides information about Orvaco, its operating philosophy, product, implementation approach and opportunities to discuss a potential commercial relationship with Civalria.

Website content is provided for general commercial information.

Nothing on this website, by itself, constitutes a binding proposal, offer, service commitment, implementation guarantee, service-level agreement or representation that Orvaco is suitable for a particular organisation.

Any commercial engagement is subject to assessment and, where applicable, separately agreed written terms.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Examples, demonstrations, scenarios, product illustrations and descriptions on the website are intended to explain how Orvaco is designed to operate.

References to Founding Partners, implementation, configuration, diagnostics or other commercial arrangements describe the general Orvaco approach.

They do not create an entitlement to participate, guarantee acceptance, or create a contractual engagement.

Specific scope, responsibilities, pricing, timing, exclusions and commercial terms must be agreed separately.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Orvaco website and its content, including text, branding, product concepts, graphics, interface representations, documentation and other original material, are owned by or licensed to Civalria and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful use of the website or deliberate breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim, loss or reasonable enforcement cost to Civalria, you may be responsible for the loss caused by that conduct.

This clause does not create liability beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
